Hey there! 

I’m Saman, General Manager with Firehouse Subs in Winnipeg. I kicked off my professional journey back in 2016 as a process analyst, armed with an engineering background. My passion for operations and sales then led me to join the biggest ride-hailing startup in the Middle East in 2017. Working there during its rapid growth allowed me to try my hand at various roles in Sales, Business Development, and Operations, all while earning my Master’s in E-Commerce.

After moving to Canada, I joined Firehouse Subs and quickly felt at home with the Jur Family Group. As a General Manager, I focus on leading and developing strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. I believe in leading by example, clear communication, and putting people first to build a positive, high-performing culture.

Outside of work, you’ll catch me obsessing over soccer—whether I’m playing or glued to the screen. I’m also a travel nut who can’t function without my daily dose of coffee!
