My name is Jordan, and I’m a General Manager for Firehouse Subs within the Jur Family Group.

My Journey in restaurants started early, and like many people in this industry, it began as more than “just a job.” What quickly stood out to me was the pace, the teamwork, and the opportunity to grow — both personally and professionally. I discovered early on that I thrived in fast-paced environments and genuinely enjoyed leading teams, solving problems in real time, and creating experiences guests would want to come back for.

Over the years, I’ve grown through multiple leadership roles in the quick-service restaurant industry. Those experiences shaped my approach to leadership and reinforced a core belief I carry with me every day: strong results come from strong people, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through.

In my role with Firehouse Subs and Jur Family Group, I focus on developing leaders, strengthening restaurant culture, and driving operational excellence. I’m deeply invested in coaching, training, and creating systems that set teams up for success — from the frontline to leadership. I believe in leading from the floor, holding high standards, and supporting teams through both challenges and wins.

What drew me to Jur Family Group was the people-first mindset and the shared commitment to growth. This environment allows me to push myself, support others, and help build restaurants that teams are proud to work in and guests are excited to visit.
