Born and raised in the Philippines, I came here when I was 19 with my parents. A fresh college graduate, no work experience and still discovering what becoming an adult meant. I had a typical new immigrants experience with the Tim Hortons brand as a guest that led me to join the brand.

Back in 2013, a local Tim Hortons gave me a chance to be part of their team and I was able to explore what the impact of this brand first hand. Working with the team at my first Tims location, they really helped me in adjusting to my new life in Canada. 

I became part of the JFG Family in 2015 when the Isabel location joined the organization. I remember that night when he asked me to clock out and clock in again; to officially mark the transition and that I am now apart of their family. 

Fast forward to where we are now, I embraced the brand more because of the culture we have at JFG. To have a work and life balance, to have a team that is able to perform proper standards and to provide excellent experiences to our guests. I experienced many positions and responsibilities in the restaurants over the years, including working at multiple locations, and today I have the pleasure to help lead the Nairn Tim Hortons team as their Assistant Manager.

No one can truly say what can happen in the future but I want to be able to witness what Tim Hortons and Jur Family Group is going to achieve in the coming years!
